Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry)

Job Title: Operation FIT Specialist in Travel Industry TBO.COM, an international award-winning travel tech organization, is seeking top talent to join our team as an Operation FIT Specialist in the Travel Industry. Requirements: Fluent in English and Italian Experience in the Travel Industry Job Description: Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rentals, Transfers, etc. Coordinate offline requests with internal departments. Handle bookings and cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems. Assist travel agents via incoming calls, managing reservations with special requests. Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals to find the best resolutions. Handle complicated cases while coordinating with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating creative thinking and results orientation. Operate multiple online systems simultaneously, providing service to travel agents. Resolve operational and administrative cases/tasks from start to finish. Qualifications: Service-oriented personality with high communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian; proficiency in French and additional languages is a plus. Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented problem solver. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently by activating all available resources. Experience working B2B with travel agents or industry professionals. Quick adaptability to new technologies, products, systems, and procedures.
