What You Can Expect Assist in planning, executing, and reconciling logistics for events, whether virtual, physical, or hybrid, including sales & marketing meetings and congresses. Develop an in-depth understanding of the events environment and the skills needed to organize events from start to finish. Prepare event budgets, conduct research, and analyze post-event activities. Support the design, facilitation, and implementation of educational experiences for healthcare professionals. How You'll Create Impact Organize and participate in developing meeting goals under MedTech Europe guidelines and Zimmer Biomet policies. Plan for events and booth development for congresses. Prepare preliminary, working, and final budgets. Negotiate contracts with hotels, conference centers, vendors, and service providers. Manage technology vendors for digital events, ensuring expectations are met. Execute on-site event activities focused on customer experience. Ensure events align with corporate goals and objectives. Develop event materials, manage logistics such as F&B, schedules, and participant registration. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and vendors. Handle post-event duties, including invoicing, expense analysis, and success reporting. Work with educators, delegates, and marketing teams to deliver educational plans. Administer engagement and financial processes related to events. Ensure proper registration and participant management through CVENT. Conduct learning needs analyses and evaluate instructional effectiveness. Maintain effective communication with project collaborators and subject matter experts. What Makes You Stand Out Degree in commercial education, or equivalent certification, preferably in the meeting and congress industry. 3-5 years of experience in meeting and congress planning; a combination of education and experience will be considered. Proficiency with commonly used software. Ability to establish programs that align with strategic goals. Languages Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage. Your Background Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written. Excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills. Customer service orientation and team management abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems proactively. Successful track record in education management roles. Knowledge of business areas such as hips, knees, extremities, F&A, Sports, Spine, and Trauma is a plus. Travel Expectations 30% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability J-18808-Ljbffr
