Lodge Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily lodge operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all departments. Deliver outstanding guest service and handle VIP requirements personally. Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service and professionalism. Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and reporting. Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback and resolve issues promptly. Work closely with the marketing and reservations team to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a lodge, resort, or high-end hospitality environment. A natural flair for hospitality with a warm, engaging, and hands-on approach. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Financial acumen and experience with budget management and reporting. Flexibility to work in a remote environment and handle operational challenges proactively. A passion for wildlife, conservation, and delivering authentic guest experiences.
