ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

About the Role: As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the smooth running of the hotels daily operations. You will have a key focus on Food & Beverage service delivery and administrative management, ensuring all departments collaborate effectively to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring high standards in all restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities. Oversee administrative duties including financial reporting, budgeting, stock control, and compliance. Support the General Manager in managing the hotel's day-to-day operations across all departments. Supervise and develop staff, ensuring consistent performance and guest service excellence. Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes for F&B and operational needs. Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and exceeded at all times. Assist with guest relations, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior hotel role, ideally as Assistant GM, F&B Manager, or Operations Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel. Strong Food & Beverage management expertise, with experience in fine dining, banqueting, and bar operations. Solid administrative and financial skills, with experience in budgeting, stock control, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management abilities.
