The ideal candidate for the Restaurant Manager positionmust have experience in an award winning hotel /restaurant , ideally red star level. You will be a strong hands on manager used to leading from the front . You will run this venue day to day and have staffing team of 30. The restaurant serves breakfast , lunch and dinner daily for around 100 covers a day and are looking to push this up also. Very popular for drinks and light snacks also. You will be a highly professional , hands on and friendly, customer focused manner . You will be strong character who can manage a team and also manage a demanding customer base.
