Front of House Team Member - Riverside Bar & Restaurant

Potential opportunities for both full-time seasonal or part-time to fit around studies and other commitments. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome guests and residents in a polite and friendly manner. To be multi-functional working in all areas of the venue such as Bar, Restaurant, Conference or Event. Consistently demonstrating a high level of customer service; serving all customers, taking orders, making recommendations. Prompt service and accurate use of Epos and PDQs. Pride in maintaining standards of cleanliness and food/drink safety. Setting up and serving at events. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties or reasonable management requests when required. Maintain the highest standards of hygiene in accordance with Health & Safety & Food Safety Policies QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working within the hospitality industry advantageous, but not essential. SKILLS: Excellent communication & customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a busy environment, keeping a calm head when under pressure Able to work on ones own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions.
