Graduate Marketing Executive Location: Ramsgate, Kent Salary: £27,000 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Hybrid working available after 3 months Are you an ambitious graduate with experience in digital marketing and data analytics? Our client, a rapidly expanding manufacturing company based in Ramsgate, is looking for a Graduate Growth Marketing Executive to join their high-performing team. What you’ll be doing With a focus on customer attraction and onboarding, you’ll take a targeted, data-driven approach to marketing and growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Managing digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to attract new customers * Conducting bottom-up forecasting and setting performance targets * Using data insights from the internal data warehouse to inform strategy * Executing omnichannel, segmented test-and-learn campaigns * Monitoring and analysing performance metrics such as CR%, CPA, AOV, and traffic * Collaborating with the retention team on strategy, insight sharing, and new opportunities * Supporting SEO efforts, including optimised article deployment (training provided) * Learning and using tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Meta and Google Ads (training provided) * Applying basic finance principles and understanding how marketing ties into P&L * Balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic growth Please note: This is not a creative or graphic design role – visual assets will be provided to you.
