Procurement Lead

Procurement Lead – Vending We’re supporting a hospitality business to recruit an experienced Procurement Lead to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a newly created strategic role with high visibility and long-term progression potential. You’ll take ownership of procurement activities across a range of vending categories , including self-serve food & beverage, equipment sourcing, technical service, and supplier contract management. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the vending procurement category and drive value across commercial and operational areas Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management plans Manage complex tenders and high-value supplier relationships Oversee contract negotiation and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards Collaborate across departments to support innovation, digital tools, and operational efficiencies Evaluate supplier performance and build a robust procurement framework What They're Looking For: Proven expertise in category management and contract negotiation Strong understanding of procurement compliance and data protection Tech-savvy with a keen eye for digital procurement tools Confident communicator with stakeholder influence at all levels Experience of the vending industry
