We provide essential services in Arbroath, Carnoustie, Monifieth, Forfar, Montrose, and Kirriemuir -and we'd love for you to be part of our team! Driver Only Positions Due to the location of our services, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Experience required We provide full training through our award-winning Learning & Development team before you start. This includes - Classroom-based sessions, E-learning modules, Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role. Though for this particular role we are looking for someone who has experience of Complex needs, ASD, Epilepsy, Challenging behavior and who has worked within a CALMS service previously. Flexible Working Opportunities Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank Roles Available! You must be flexible , as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers. About the Role As a Support Practitioner , your responsibilities may include: Social Support - Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities. Medical Support - Administering and monitoring medication. Personal Care - Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments. Practical Support - Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.
