This role is responsible for managing memberships, coordinating exclusive events, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and event planning, along with a deep appreciation for wine and hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Membership Growth & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to attract new members while maintaining high retention rates. Maintain and update member records, preferences, and engagement history. Customer Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all wine club members, addressing inquiries and providing top-tier service. Develop and distribute engaging newsletters, promotional emails, and social media content tailored to club members. Event Planning & Execution: Plan and execute exclusive wine club events, including tastings, pick-up parties, and special member experiences. Collaborate with the winemaking and hospitality teams to enhance event offerings and engagement. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop promotional strategies to increase wine club membership and sales. Track key performance metrics, sales reports, and customer engagement data to refine marketing efforts. Operational & Administrative Tasks: Oversee order processing, shipment logistics, and compliance with all state and federal wine shipping regulations. Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and efficient program operation. Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in wine sales, hospitality, or membership management preferred. Strong knowledge of wine and the wine industry. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing platforms, and event management tools.
