Key Responsibilities: Supervise the timely and accurate processing of invoices, check requests, and payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers). Ensure transactions comply with company policies, verifying approvals, tax calculations, and supporting documentation; escalate discrepancies as needed. Maintain and update vendor records, including W-9 forms and certificates of insurance; analyze vendor accounts and negotiate payment terms when necessary. Manage AP Aging reports to ensure timely payments and take advantage of available discounts. Support month-end close activities, including accruals, ledger reconciliations, and account analysis. Organize AP files and documentation, assist with audits, and prepare annual 1099 forms. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of AP experience, or Associate's degree with 4 years of experience. Prior AP experience in hospitality is highly preferred. Proficiency with Accounts Payable and Accounting software. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in transaction recording.
