Unit secretary 7a-7p. Type of equipment: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCD s, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 3 12 hours shifts/week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4 week schedule Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float; go by rotation when there are multiple C/L staff scheduled Patient Experience requirements: Expected to provide attentive and compassionate care to patients/family members. Bedside shift report, ability to make personal connections with patients and include them/family members in their plan of care.
