Pay Information $1,941 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Critical Care Experience Strong Communication Skills Adaptability to Change Description: This position involves providing care in an intensive care unit setting. The facility is a licensed 343-bed facility offering acute medical care services. The unit has 25 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. The unit is staffed with a charge nurse and unit secretary during the day. Equipment includes Alaris pumps and GE monitors. Documentation is performed using a specific system. Staffing requires self-scheduling with a commitment to working every third weekend. Floating policy includes floating to telemetry units to assist as needed. Patient experience requirements include AIDET training. Advanced skills in neuro and trauma are a plus. Procedures performed on the unit include open heart recovery, bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopies, CRRT, and Impella management. The dress code requires royal blue scrubs.
