We are bringing our acclaimed l ive-fire restaurant from Amsterdam to London and will be located at The Whiteley, Queensway We’re now recruiting a f ull-time Chef de Partie (CDP)'s to join us from day one, you will be involved in the pre opening fun, tasitings, development and more About Nela Nela means pure - We focus on open-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and clean, modern dishes. Our open kitchen is the heart of the restaurant – a space driven by teamwork, attention to detail, and passion for quality. The business is led by Hari and Ori, who bring two decades of chef experience from some of the world’s top restaurants , including Nobu, The Duchess, and Mr. Porter. Your Role as Chef de Partie As a CDP, you’ll take ownership of your section You’ll work alongside experienced senior chefs help guide junior team members deliver consistent, high-standard service during busy services. Key Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes on your section Manage mise en place, prep, and service efficiently Uphold food hygiene and safety standards Support your team in a fast-paced kitchen Join tastings and team training sessions Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen culture What You will Need to have Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen Strong prep and service skills Passion for seasonal cooking, modern plates, and clean flavours Calm, reliable, and team-focused attitude Nice personality and enjoys working with people Able to to work clean and efficiently in an open kitchen Full right to work in the UK Experience with open kitchens or fire cooking is a bonus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay – Depending on exp.
