The Role Nursery Manager in Overbury, Worcestershire As Nursery Manager , youll lead a small, committed team to deliver high-quality early years education that reflects our outdoor ethos and community values. You will: Champion the nurserys vision and values, ensuring each child is nurtured to thrive Maintain high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance Lead staff development and foster a culture of support and creativity Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents and the local community Bring energy, ideas, and stability as the nursery evolves and grows ?? Who Were Looking For Essential: A minimum Level 5 Early Years qualification (Level 3 considered for exceptional candidates with leadership experience) Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or strong Deputy looking to take the next step A passion for outdoor learning and a nature-connected approach Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Confidence working in a rural setting with a close-knit team Desirable: Background in independent or small nursery settings Familiarity with eco-education, sustainability, or farm-to-fork concepts in the EYFS ??
