Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Video Marketing Assistant Location: On-site in Weston, FL Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Half-time Schedule: Four (4) days per week; 9:30am-2:30pm Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) About Treble Health: Treble Health is a rapidly growing hearing health company that helps individuals with tinnitus and hearing conditions improve their quality of life. We're launching a new clinic location in Weston, Florida, and are looking for a hybrid professional who brings both a warm, welcoming presence for patients and a creative edge to support our video and marketing efforts. Our doctor is Dr. Tricia Scaglione, AuD. You'll work closely with her and support her patient caseload. About the Role: This is a unique, dual-function position. You’ll begin training remotely with our national team in May/June, then transition to an in-person role supporting clinic operations and video content production starting June 15. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and tech-savvy — someone who enjoys helping patients feel cared for while also contributing to creative content that supports our mission and brand. Responsibilities: Patient Care Coordinator (50%) Serve as the first point of contact for patients in person, by phone, and via email Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, and day-to-day clinic operations Coordinate with audiologists and other team members to ensure an excellent patient experience Maintain accurate records and assist with front desk administrative tasks Help with onboarding and communication during the clinic launch phase Video Marketing Assistant (50%) Film and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks) Assist with capturing behind-the-scenes footage, patient testimonials (with consent), and clinic events Support the marketing team with ideas, scripting, filming, and posting content Collaborate on campaigns and local outreach efforts Help shape Treble Health’s brand voice and visibility in the Weston area Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and highly organized Comfortable being on camera and/or filming others Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar) preferred Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts platforms Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or content creation is a plus Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Timeline: ASAP : Begin remote training and onboarding June 15 : Transition to on-site role in Weston, FL
