Pay Information $2,146 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Midnights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years in Neuro ICU License: Current RN licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department. - Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. - Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Description: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
