ABR is recruiting a Maintenance Mechanic in Fairwater, Wisconsin. This is DIRECT HIRE. The salary for this role depends on experience plus a full benefits package. Department: Maintenance Shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm - Monday to Thursday during off seasons! can be up to 5 days a week during busy season. Makes electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs with or without direct supervision Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in equipment and machinery with or without the aid of blueprints, operation manuals or schematics Interpret and construct equipment from blueprints and construction drawings. Modify drawings to fit plant requirements. Identify components and request replacement parts when needed and keep preventative maintenance records and schedules Effectively perform line change-overs to different label sizes and product sizes Make electrical repairs as needed Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and demonstrate a personal commitment to safety Your profile Minimum of one year of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
