T must go to DE once accepted to begin the process and then results will post 3-4 weeks from that point START DATE: ASAP for scheduled orientation MODALITY: PT TYPE OF JOB ORDER: TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Home Health and Oasis CANCEL POLICY: 14 day notice ON-CALL/ Weekends: required to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month Each workday usually consists of 6 revisits (usually 1 of these revisits is an evaluation) or 4-5 revisits/1 admission. LICENSE: DE Coverage area: Sussex County area We would be keeping the PT primarily in a region (there are times where our therapist needs to go out of their regions). The following regions are available: 1. Georgetown region (main towns are Georgetown, Harbeson, Ellendale and Millsboro) 2.
