Mitigation Technician

Mitigation Technician Job Details: Schedule: 8am-5pm, OT and on call as needed Pay Rate: $17- $22/hour based on experience and certifications Direct Hire! Mitigation Technician Job Description: Deliver excellent customer service and remain accessible by phone/on-call Attend required IICRC classes and earn certifications Perform site inspections, document damage, and take before/after photos Safely clean, remove, and restore storm, fire, water, and mold-damaged properties Operate hand and power tools, load/unload materials, and maintain clean job sites and equipment Assist with warehousing tasks and support the team as needed Mitigation Technician Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain) 1 year of manual labor or restoration experience preferred Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Availability for occasional weekends and overtime PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
