Summary The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and delivering warm, welcoming hospitality. Reporting to the Shack Manager , the Bartender ensures responsible alcohol service, maintains a clean and well-stocked bar, and upholds food safety standards. This position is part of the general tip pool and is critical to creating an efficient, vibrant, and guest-focused bar experience.
