What You’ll Do: Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality sewn products. Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules. Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing equipment. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in industrial sewing or a related role. Proficient in using a variety of industrial sewing machines. Familiarity with different fabrics, stitch types, and sewing techniques. Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read blueprints and technical work instructions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge. Why join our team?
