Now Hiring: Field Events Manager (Contract) Hybrid – New York City (2–3 days/week onsite) ️ 7-month contract | early-mid June start | No travel required Are you an experienced event professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments? We’re looking for a Field Events Manager to support the planning and execution of executive-level field events including VIP dinners, hospitality programs, and virtual roundtables. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage all aspects of event coordination—from sending invites and tracking RSVPs to partnering with stakeholders and preparing executive briefing materials. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, contribute to strategic event initiatives, and bring high-impact experiences to life. What You’ll Be Doing: Execute strategic field events (executive dinners, webinars, and more) from end to end Manage calendars, campaign invites, RSVPs, and event logistics Collaborate across marketing teams, executives, and external partners Use campaign management tools to support audience targeting and engagement Create supporting materials like briefing decks, event spreadsheets, and run-of-show documents ✅ What We’re Looking For: 5–8 years of experience in event management, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously Proficiency in Google Suite and campaign management platforms (experience with Salesforce campaigns is a plus) Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Comfortable interfacing with executive leadership and handling dynamic event environments This individual contributor role is perfect for someone with a self-starter mindset, a detail-oriented approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
