Job Description Job Description We are seeking highly skilled mid-level and senior associates to join our Real Estate Group in the Chicago office. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Advise on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing. Work across various asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, logistics, hospitality, data centers, retail, and more. Provide strategic guidance on construction, development, financing, management, and operation of real property. Collaborate with a global network of professionals to execute high-stakes, cross-border transactions. Manage relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents related to real estate investments. Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school. 4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a strong focus on sophisticated transactions. Solid experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and joint ventures. Knowledge of a wide range of asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, and hospitality projects. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $390,000 - $435,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
