Job Summary Responsibilities include overseeing Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, assisting in daily restaurant operations, menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting staff during peak times. The role aims to enhance guest and employee satisfaction by identifying and implementing training and operational improvements. Candidate Profile Education and Experience High school diploma or GED; 4 years in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields. OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; with 2 years of relevant experience. Core Work Activities Assisting in Management of Restaurant Team Address employee questions and monitor performance. Provide feedback, supervise shifts, and ensure proper supplies and uniforms. Communicate with the Chef and Restaurant Manager about food quality and service issues. Ensure compliance with policies and legal alcohol service laws. Manage to meet or exceed budget goals and perform all related duties. Providing Exceptional Customer Service Engage with guests for feedback and supervise staffing for service quality. Handle guest complaints, improve service, and set positive examples. Conducting Human Resource Activities Supervise ongoing training, communicate performance expectations, and coach employees. Additional Responsibilities Provide information to team members, analyze data for problem-solving, and support floor operations during busy times.
