Supply Chain Systems Analyst

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Systems Analyst – Functional Lead to join a high-impact, global initiative with one of our strategic partners. In this foundational role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and evolving supply chain planning systems—especially Anaplan—while working closely with stakeholders across Japan, the US, and Europe. You'll drive ticket resolution, process documentation, and functional analysis, serving as the key liaison between business users and technical teams. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the operational backbone of a global supply chain platform from the ground up, set best practices, and contribute to a scalable knowledge base that supports future team growth. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary functional point of contact for SCM Planning System support issues via ServiceNow (ticket triaging, resolution tracking, root cause identification). Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for planning system incidents, focusing on business process alignment and functional troubleshooting. Lead documentation efforts for Anaplan usage , business workflows, and functional system behaviors across the Supply Chain team. Collaborate with stakeholders in Japan, US, Canada, and Europe to understand business questions, system logic, and functional dependencies. Proactively investigate both data issues and business process logic questions, synthesizing insights for scalable resolutions. Maintain close communication with internal technical teams and product owners to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Participate in frequent remote knowledge transfer sessions across time zones and contribute to the creation of internal FAQs and knowledge bases. Act as a functional leader in the early stages of team formation, with potential to mentor incoming team members and set up best practices for operations. Skills : ServiceNow – for ticket handling and communication. Anaplan – for supply chain planning and functional documentation (experience is preferred but not mandatory). Excel – for documentation, tracking, and basic calculations. SQL – for basic data validation and queries across platforms like BigQuery.
