As a team leader , you will actively participate in the daily tasks of the restaurant operations, in addition to assisting the manager in his responsibilities. With you team, you will have to make sushi and other dishes; Distribute the workload among team members; Prepare sushi and other dishes; Prepare and place the ingredients; Answer customers' questions and advise them in their choices; Collaborate with your colleagues in the maintenance of the restaurant (hygiene and salubrity); Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.
