Babysitter wanted for childcare in Edmonton

Hi! Im looking for a caring and open-minded nanny to help for 2-3 hours per day while I work from home. Ill be available if needed, but I need someone who can engage with my baby while I focus on work. I follow a specific parenting approach, so Id love to find someone comfortable with: - No diapers (I practice elimination communication) - Involving my baby in daily activities (housekeeping, cooking, etc.) - Flexible eating arrangements (on a lap or the floor)
