The Role Were looking for a hands-on Event Manager with chef experience to join our growing team. Youll take the lead on planning and delivering events from start to finishwhile also supporting food operations on the ground. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves travel, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves. Key Responsibilities Lead event planning, from client enquiries to post-event reviews Support and lead kitchen teams using your chef experience Be the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown on-site Manage travel logistics and event budgets Motivate and direct staff to ensure top-tier service Tackle issues quickly and calmly during events What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Event Manager in hospitality or catering Strong chef/kitchen background essential Excellent organisational and leadership skills Comfortable working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends Willing to travel and stay overnight for events when required Passion for food and delivering amazing experiences What Youll Get Competitive salary bonuses All meals, accommodation & travel provided during events Use of company vehicles Discounts on food Staff socials & team nights out Free parking at Hexham base Career progression as part of a growing company Ready to Join Us?
