Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Required – Enfield, London – Up to £40,000 Package Invision are currently representing a £50 Million Turnover Contractor who are seeking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to assist a Commercial Manager on London based projects. My client operate throughout the Commercial Office, Retail, Education, Healthcare and hospitality sectors. Project values are up to £5 million per project. Over the years, the company has expanded to provide a full range of multi-disciplinary building refurbishment, fit-out and maintenance services to the public sector and to a broad range of commercial, industrial, leisure and healthcare sector clients. Key Duties: * Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities * Analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations * Assist with the day-to-day commercial management of live projects * Help prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports Requirements: * Degree Qualified or 2/3 years experience * Eager to progress their career Benefits: * Up to £40,000 Basic Salary * Travel Fully expensed to site * Discretionary Bonus Scheme * Pension * Days Annual Leave with Bank Holidays and Christmas Shutdown in Addition. * Excellent Continued professional development
