Project Manager – Hotel Fit-Out Location: Central London Salary: Up to £85,000 Package We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading specialist interior fit-out contractor, renowned for delivering high-end hospitality, commercial and residential projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious hotel fit-out in Central London, including the front of house, bars, and restaurant areas. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. * Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project. * Coordinate with in-house design managers, technical services teams and subcontractors. * Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met. * Lead site teams and drive project progress with a hands-on approach. * Provide clear reporting and communication to stakeholders. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the hotel or hospitality fit-out sector. * Strong understanding of high-end interior fit-outs, including bespoke joinery and luxury finishes. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive a collaborative approach. * A track record of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.
