Senior Project Manager

A young, ambitious Construction Consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Project Manager with experience of working on residential and commercial projects within a UK Construction Consultancy environment. The Senior Project Manager’s role The Project Director is seeking a Senior Project Manager who has a successful track record of leading projects and who would feel comfortable delivering a mixture of residential (build to rent) and commercial (cut & carve, office refurbishment) valuing upwards of £20M, pre and post contract. The successful Senior Project Manager shall become a part of the London team and have the unique opportunity to swiftly work towards becoming an Associate Project Manager.
