Key Criteria: Experience in a customer-facing, fast placed environment Inspire the team to do their best every day at work and show your passion for your field Be open to feedback from leadership and create a culture of two-way constructive feedback and communication with the team Create a culture of fair growth and development for team members with a view to move them across the brand Establish a good rapport and working relationship with all staff and all other departments Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom; Availability to work full-time and be flexible.
