TravelNurseSource is working with Infojini Healthcare to find a qualified CVOR RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68114! Pay Information $2,434 per week About The Position ID: 54513492 Shift: 10H Days 4x10 hour days plus call Description: Unit Notes: Will accept LOCAL Placements LOCAL adjusted bill rate: $95 LOCAL adjusted OT rate: $105UnitCVOR RNStart Date: Mid-June suites"2 dedicated heart rooms/ 1 Hybrid suite and 1-2 open surgical rooms for various cases" of cases per day "8 to 14- varied Vascular/thoracic and heart cases scheduled each day throughout the week "Required CertificationsBLS, prefer ACLSCommon CasesOpen heart, CABG, Valve replacements, thoracic cases, vascular, open and endo vascular, AAA, IVC filters. Experience or 'Must have' skillsMust be well rounded with cardio and vascular. Must have open heart and endovascular experience. 1-2 years of experience highly preferred and prefer previous travel -Not required if great experience. Vascular hybrid preferred. Scrubbing required - RN's circulating required, scrubbing is a bonus - 1 circulator in vascular and 2 typically in opens.Charge Nurse/House Supervisor2 leads available. They have a charge and a CV coordinator-expert resource. Service leader available as well. OR techs YesEMRCerner- SurginetShifts & Scheduling4-10's, 6:45-5:15 or until the case is done, Occasionally stay late. No self scheduling. Vartiable day off. Weeknight/Call RequirementDepends, typically 1-2 week nights of call- 5pm-7am (2 SCRUB TECHS AND A NURSE)Weekend/Call RequirementWeekend can be 1 or 2 weekends a month. Holiday Requirement Need to be flexible to work holidays if needed.Is there a mandatory call/standby requirement?Yes - perm staff typically take call first unless traveler request call.What is call response time?30 min in OR dressed and ready to go Floating RequirementsMain OR or within skillsetScrub Color/Dress CodeProvidedUnit/Department specific orientationUp to 1 week with preceptor.
