Our efforts have saved over 428 million meals globally across Europe and the US. Position: Global Legal Counsel We are seeking a Global Legal Counsel to support our legal team across 19 countries. You will be instrumental in providing legal support to our expanding organization, working closely with internal stakeholders, including our new Parcels team responsible for buying and selling food and beverage products. This role can be based in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan, or Paris, depending on the candidate. Responsibilities Support Too Good To Go and the Global Legal Team with regulatory, compliance, and contractual issues. Assist all countries with legal matters related to vendor and contract management, including drafting and negotiating contracts. Serve as the primary legal contact for the Parcels team, advising on food regulations, purchase contract negotiations, and vendor reviews. Review and negotiate various agreements such as SaaS/PaaS contracts, lease agreements, MSAs, and confidentiality agreements. Develop and maintain legal templates and compliance processes for scalability. Contribute to the company's expansion into new markets and regions. Provide day-to-day legal advice across the organization. Minimum Requirements Several years of relevant legal experience, preferably in start-up or hyper-growth environments. Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, or Italian are a plus. Based in or willing to relocate to one of the specified cities. Extensive stakeholder management experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Independent worker with strong teamwork skills and a service-minded attitude.
