The goal is to ensure full-cycle recruitment processes with high-quality standards, interviewing and hiring outstanding employees working closely with Talent Sourcers and Talent Coordinators to ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a recruitment position, primarily focused on sourcing profiles in the mobile app industry and its marketing department allies. Here’s more: Responsibilities Design and implement international recruiting strategies for various roles within the industry. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Perform job and task analyses to document requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on relevant platforms. Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to attract top talent in competitive markets. Work with Talent Coordinators to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Advise hiring managers on role definitions, market trends, and recruitment strategies. Use data and metrics to assess and improve hiring effectiveness. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes. Identify main competitors to attract exceptional talent. Conduct interviews using various tools/methods to effectively filter candidates. Evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Build strong relationships with candidates and keep hiring managers updated on candidate status. Manage the offer process, including discussing compensation and preparing documentation. Coordinate onboarding processes with hiring managers. Apply HR recruiting best practices. Organize events to promote the company and connect with potential candidates. Contribute to employer branding strategies to promote Leadtech’s culture globally. Enhance the company's reputation as a top place to work. Requirements Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the mobile app industry and marketing for mobile applications. Experience recruiting internationally. Strong interview skills (structured, competency-based, group assessments, etc.). Experience with various selection processes (phone interviews, reference checks, etc.). Ability to organize skills assessment centers. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with recruiting software and HRIS/HRMS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related field. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Passionate about sourcing top talent. Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
