This leader will own the strategy to help Brands and Agencies in Spain grow within the Glovo ecosystem, creating opportunities for better engagement. THE JOURNEY Build relationships with Media Agencies, sign and grow Joint Business Plans Establish sales, operations, and growth processes for partnerships Execute the vision for Media advertising in Spain Transform the team into a recognized leader in on-demand delivery Media advertising Manage media campaigns, analyze results, and report insights Create and lead a team of media specialists Collaborate with internal stakeholders to push the Ads agenda Maintain relationships with C-level executives of Brands & Agencies Own the P&L from Media Advertisers WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields 7 years in digital advertising sales, retail media marketing experience essential Experience managing teams, projects, budgets in fast-paced environments Excellent commercial and communication skills Data-driven decision making Ownership mentality, proactive, deadline-oriented Ambition and energy to inspire Always thinking ahead and improving We value diversity and encourage candidates with diverse backgrounds to apply, even if not all criteria are met.
