The Westin La Quinta Golf Resort & Spa, situated in Marbella, is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor . Responsibilities : Create and maintain filing systems. Create and type office correspondence using a computer. Distribute and forward mail. Manage and track HR office supplies and forms. Answer phone calls and record messages. Create personal files for new employees. Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures. Maintain the designated area for filling out applications, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and accessible for people with disabilities. Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding company policies and HR programs. Inform HR management of employee relations issues within the division or property. Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records, files, and information. Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., interview documents). Bachelor's degree required. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. High proficiency in English. Knowledge of payroll, prevention, and HR coordination areas. Experience in coordinating various agreements.
