Roles & Responsibilities Looking after client's hotel portfolio and ensuring the onboarding process is followed on a project/hotel basis. Follow internal procedures for content (review and administrative). Be in touch with several internal departments to ensure procedures are followed and projects advance. Requirements Great level of English - a must. Must effectively communicate with clients (tourism background or customer service experience is a plus). Must have access to a stable internet connection. We Offer Hybrid (60/40 basis) – our brand-new office is located in the upcoming area of Son Rossinyol just outside of Palma: well-connected with public transportation, free parking, and with supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants to be explored on your break or after-work gatherings.
