Designer Conceptor Snowmobile Accessories Development

We are looking for a Mechanical Designer to join our Accessory Engineering team. This role will allow you to use your creativity and mechanical acumen to develop dedicated accessories that allow our customers to customize their recreational vehicles to their needs. You will have a major impact on the design, development and validation of various accessories for recreational vehicles. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Produce the technical drawings necessary to manufacture BRP vehicle bodies. Participate in the development of components and monitor prototype manufacturing. Collaborate with the team's designers and engineers during the problem-solving process. Ensure the quality of the work performed. Manage material lists using SmarTeam and SAP. Communicate with different groups within the organization and suppliers regarding technical items. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A technical college diploma in mechanical engineering with a focus on design or equivalent. All relevant experience will be considered. The ability to communicate in English and French, both spoken and written, in simple and routine situations with internal and external stakeholders outside of Quebec or unilingual English-speaking on a daily basis Must read technical and regulatory documentation not available in French Ability to use specialized software and tools not available in French Knowledge of CATIA software. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
