This is a fantastic opportunity to move from temporary to permanent after a 12-week probation. What You'll Be Doing: No two days are the same — and that’s what makes this role so rewarding. * Provide hands-on care including personal support, medication management, and mobility assistance * Lead shifts and support care staff to ensure clients' needs are met * Help with daily living tasks like shopping, cooking, laundry, and managing finances * Encourage independence while ensuring dignity and respect * Maintain a calm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents * Work within a modern housing scheme for older people with diverse support needs ✅ What You’ll Need: We’re looking for someone experienced, compassionate, and ready to lead. * Minimum 1 year of UK-based care experience (dementia, disabilities, mental health, etc.) * Experience supervising staff and managing rotas * NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care * Basic IT skills for digital records * Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) * Two professional references (including one from a recent employer) * Enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred) * Full driving licence and access to a car (preferred) Working Hours: * 37.5 hours per week * Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Why Join Key Health? * Opportunity for a permanent role after 12 weeks * Excellent pay and consistent hours * Supportive management and real career progression * A team that values respect, reliability, and kindness Ready to take the next step in your care career?
