What You’ll Be Doing: Running the day-to-day operations — keep the salon spotless, upbeat, and full of good energy. Hiring, training, and motivating your team to crush sales and service goals. Growing sales, memberships, and customer love through real leadership and strategy. Handling budgets, managing cash, and keeping the admin side tight and organized. Creating glowing customer experiences that keep them coming back. Spreading the Palm Beach Tan love through in-store events and local partnerships. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Has leadership or management experience (bonus points if it’s in retail or hospitality). Brings high energy and a results-driven mindset to everything they do. Is passionate about customer experience and team culture. Is organized, reliable, and willing to flex between strategy and hands-on tasks. Loves being out there — marketing the brand and building local buzz.
