Job Title: Travel RN Job Specialty: CVICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI Must-Have: - Open heart recovery experience - Hemodynamic monitoring with Swan Ganz catheter - Arterial line management - Vasoactive medication infusions - Ventilator management Job Description: - Work in a CVICU with 6 beds and patient ratios of 1:2 - Utilize equipment such as EV 1000, Swan Ganz, chest tubes, arterial lines, CRRT (NextStage), Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pumps - Perform procedures including chest tube insertion, Aline insertion, central line insertion, Swan Ganz insertion, and IABP insertion - Use Meditech for documentation - Be willing to float outside of ICU/CVICU - Engage in advanced hemodynamic monitoring with EV 1000 - Benefit from a team with varying tenure from 10 years to 1 year - Wear navy blue and/or white scrubs - Be part of a department awarded as a 3 Star STS Cardiac Surgery Program - Access training and orientation resources, such as videos featuring the department Discover opportunities for professional growth and exceptional care in a collaborative team environment.
