The Director of Clienteling & Private Client Services will develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain High Net Worth (HNW), Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW), and VIP guests for La Roca Village and our brand partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Personal Shopping, Clienteling, Business Development within Luxury Fashion, Retail, or Hospitality. Key responsibilities include: Develop and lead the Private Client Services team Create strategies to make La Roca a destination for HNW guests Build and strengthen partnerships with providers of HNW clientele Curate content for the VIP space, The Apartment Organize and support exclusive events and activities What makes you special We value entrepreneurial spirit, invention, innovation, and risk-taking.
