Commercial Director - Iberia

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to expand our presence in Iberia. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new hotel partners. Responsibilities Identify and prospect hotel groups that can benefit from Turneo’s platform Engage and nurture leads through targeted outreach, meetings, and industry events Present tailored solutions to hotel decision-makers, demonstrating how Turneo enhances guest experience and revenue Negotiate and close deals , managing the full sales cycle to successfully onboard partners Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption Manage ongoing hotel partner relationships through strategic plans and QBRs, ensuring they maximise the value from Turneo’s platform. Identify upsell and expansion opportunities , proactively working with hotel partners to increase their revenue and guest engagement.
