Senior Media Manager

Role Overview: The Senior Media Manager at Groupe SEB in Mexico will develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across all key categories: Cookware/Kitchenware, Linen Care, Floor Care, Air Care, Beverage, Electrical Cooking and Food Preparation. This role is responsible for overseeing the company's media planning, buying, and performance analysis, across all touchpoints (digital, social, TV, radio, out-of-home, influencers and more) ensuring alignment with the overall marketing objectives. The position also involves managing and mentoring a Digital Media Specialist and a Content Specialist who operates the content hub. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement media strategies across all categories. Manage media planning, buying, and performance analysis to maximize ROI. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and trade to ensure media alignment with business goals. Oversee and mentor the Digital Media Specialist and Content Specialist. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine media strategies and report on performance. Ensure compliance with budget constraints and optimize media spend. Coordinate with external media agencies and vendors. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in media management, preferably within the fast consumer goods industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful media campaigns leading to business results. Strong understanding of the media landscape in Mexico, the different channels and their strategic applications. Excellent project management and leadership skills, with experience managing and developing team members. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Proficiency in media planning and analytics tools. Experience managing agency relationship and negotiation. Effective communicator with a natural ability for story-telling, fluent in English and Spanish, French a plus. Good budgeting capacities
