A major Multi-Discipline Industrial Services Provider Job Details Non-Working Supervisor: Industrial Coatings Our client requires several 'Black Hat' Supervisors, on a permanent basis, to be based at Hinkley Point C Power Station new build project. Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day activities of up to 35 plus operatives, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project specifications, health & safety requirements and quality standards. Experience & Skills required Minimum NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience and a comprehensive understanding of coatings, blasting, and spraying operations Black Hat Certification (or equivalent recognised site competency status). Previous experience supervising multi-skilled teams within construction, industrial, or nuclear environments.Essential: CITB HSE Managers & Professional Test or CCNSG (to be obtained during HPC clearance process) Train the Painter (TTP) Supervisors, OPITO or iCATS certificates SMSTS or IOSH Safety, Health & Environment CILM Certificate It is desirable that candidates have experience of working on large scale infrastructure projects particularly in the nuclear sector 10 days on / 4 days off working pattern Call the Vital Office on (phone number removed) for immediate consideration or forward details including CV and cards / certs to (url removed) If you do not hear from us within seven days, then your application has not been successful on this occasion.
