We are currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Oncology, to join our Pharmacy department. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapies. You will promote Pharmacists as integral members of the health-care team in order to allow full utilization of their clinical and medication use control functions that would be beneficial in each health setting. We require : Doctor of Pharmacy Degree ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 required, PGY-2 preferred Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills 2 years clinical hospital experience. New York State Pharmacy License. New York State Pharmacy Registration Certificate. Current certificate in BLS from the American Heart Association. Immunization Certification. Oncology Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCOP®) strongly encouraged Salary: $68.40 - $76.31/hr.
