Great Culture! Growing Private Equity Firm seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. Support 2-3 Managing Directors and team with all Exec.Asst responsibilities. Provide administrative support with diligence and accuracy. Serve as a gatekeeper and representative of the team managing multiple requests while maintaining good relationships. Coordinate calendar meetings across multiple time zones managing last minute changes. Coordinate meeting logistics including conference room reservations, access for remote participants, catering, meeting materials. Research, plan, and coordinate extensive domestic and international travel details such as flight, hotel, and ground transportation. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Establish work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate events for the team and outings. Research, plan, coordinate and book travel and meeting arrangements for senior leadership, global executives, and government officials visiting from other locations. Requirements: College Grad 5-10 years Exec.Asst experience from corporate setting. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a hectic, fast paced global work environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills while understanding the need for discretion and confidentiality. Proficient on MS Office, Concur
