Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept It : As the Rooftop General Manager, you will oversee the rooftop operations in Barcelona, focusing on leading our F&B services. Your main responsibilities include managing the Rooftop Restaurant, pool bar, and terrace, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction while driving financial success. Together with the Director of F&B, you will be responsible for smooth operations in our rooftop area, ensuring the team provides the highest level of service and delivering a unique guest experience. What You'll Do : Lead by example, being visible, approachable, and fostering trust, professionalism, empowerment, results, and fun within your team. Oversee daily operations of the rooftop bar and terrace, ensuring efficient service and a pleasant guest experience. Conduct regular inspections of F&B preparation and presentation, maintaining inventory to boost sales. Engage proactively with guests to personalize their experience, gather feedback, and utilize data analytics for improvements. Uphold brand standards in service, attitude, F&B presentation, and food handling. Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, inspiring the team to achieve financial goals. Oversee the creation and updating of the beverage menu, ensuring high-quality offerings. Coordinate special events and dining experiences in collaboration with marketing. Who You Are : Over 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, preferably rooftop, with proven team leadership skills. Experience managing budgets and forecasting for outlets. A true problem-solver who can make quick decisions. Courteous, professional, and approachable with a friendly demeanor. Capable of handling stressful situations calmly and confidently. A team player who inspires and guides team members to excellence. Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills; additional languages are a plus. Hardworking, responsible, flexible, and proactive. Ability to build, lead, and motivate a happy, motivated team.
